1. Introduction
Welcome to Signal Prediction. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our predictive analysis platform for sports betting. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Signal Prediction is operated by Consulting Everest LLC. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Signal Prediction is a sports analysis platform that provides:
- Sports predictions generated by artificial intelligence algorithms
- Match analysis and betting opportunity detection
- Results tracking and accuracy statistics
- Historical statistics and team performance analysis
⚠️ Important Legal Notice
Signal Prediction is NOT a bookmaker. We operate with total independence: we have NO Revenue Share agreements, we are NOT affiliates, and we do NOT receive commissions from user losses. We are exclusively an information and analysis service.
The predictions and analysis provided are for guidance only and do not constitute financial advice or guarantee of results. Sports betting involves risk of financial loss.
The user is solely responsible for their betting decisions and for verifying the legality of sports betting in their jurisdiction.
3. Registration and User Account
To access our services, you must create an account providing truthful information. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts or share your access with third parties
4. Service Modalities and Consumption
Signal Prediction offers different types of digital products and software tools that can be used via Credits or Passes:
4.1. Types of Digital Services
- a) Intelligence Signals (Signals): Market opportunities proactively detected by our algorithm. The user pays to reveal the hidden information of a high-value (EV+) opportunity that has been pre-selected and filtered by the system.
- b) On-Demand Analysis: The user manually selects a specific sporting event for our AI to process.
- Service Notice: The cost applies to the use of computing capacity and the delivery of the report, regardless of whether the algorithm's conclusion is favorable, unfavorable, or neutral.
- c) Premium Reports (Deep Dive): Comprehensive documents generated by language models (LLM) that enrich statistical data with qualitative factors.
- d) Interactive AI Assistant ("SignalOps")
Conversational interface based on language models (LLM) designed to facilitate navigation, operational support, and quick access to data.
- Nature: The user acknowledges they are interacting with an automated Artificial Intelligence, not a human.
- Disclaimer: Although the Assistant has safety filters, it may generate inaccurate information or "hallucinations". Its responses do not constitute financial advice or binding investment instructions.
- Cost: Chat usage for general inquiries or support is free. However, if the user commands the Assistant to execute a premium task (e.g., "Generate a detailed report for match X"), such action will deduct the corresponding Credits or Operations after notice.
4.2. Credits (Pay-per-use)
Credits act as internal currency to redeem any of the above services (Signals, On-Demand Analysis, or Reports).
- Validity: Credits purchased via 'Packs' do not have an expiration date while the account is active.
- Irreversible Consumption: Once the user confirms unlocking a match or signal, credits are considered consumed and the service rendered, as the information has been revealed.
4.3. Temporary Passes (Operation Quota License)
Passes grant a temporary access license limited by a maximum number of allowed actions during the validity period.
- Definition of Operation: An 'Operation' is considered consumed for any individual service request (Signal unlock, On-Demand Analysis, or Premium Report), regardless of its nature.
- Pass Limits: Each Pass includes a specific number of Operations (e.g., 10, 50, 100) clearly specified at the time of purchase.
- Consumption: Each access to a service deducts 1 Operation from the available quota, regardless of the credit cost it would have outside the Pass.
- Expiration: The pass and its remaining operations automatically expire after the contracted time elapses, with no option to accumulate unspent operations.
- Fair Use Policy: The use of automated tools (bots/scripts) to consume the quota in seconds is considered abuse and will result in Pass cancellation without refund.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Refund policy: Credits are non-refundable. However, we apply our 'Cancelled Match Refund' Guarantee: if an event is suspended or cancelled, invested credits are automatically returned.
In case of dispute, contact support@signalprediction.com within 14 days of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Signal Prediction to:
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content, with express prohibition of resale on Telegram channels or private groups
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Reverse engineer our algorithms
- Any illegal activity or that violates third-party rights
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Signal Prediction, including but not limited to: algorithms, AI models, design, code, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Consulting Everest LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
A limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license is granted for personal use of the contracted services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Signal Prediction provides information for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of predictions.
In no event shall Signal Prediction be liable for financial losses arising from the use of our predictions for betting.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. The user assumes all risks derived from the use of the information.
🎯 Responsible Gambling and Help
Signal Prediction promotes responsible gambling. If you decide to place sports bets:
- Set time and money limits before betting
- Never bet more than you can afford to lose
- Betting should not be a way to solve financial problems

9. Age Requirements (+18 | +21)
You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 depending on your jurisdiction) to use Signal Prediction. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification and suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States (place of LLC registration). For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of New Mexico.
